A week back my manager, who’s taking a leadership training at Havard Business School told us about an important question that got asked in the course.
What’s your purpose? What’s your Why of working in here and what you do?
And I couldn’t stop but think of Sketchnote I made on the book THE ONE THING.
The book talks about finding out that one thing that will guide you through out your life. And it gives practical tips on how to navigate to discover it. Hope you’ll find this helpful.
