👋 Hey, I’m Kumar and welcome to my weekly newsletter. Each week I share Sketchnote(s) on product, leadership, personal growth, and anything that helps you get started on Sketchnoting.
Well-established habits do not require willpower.
You just do them.

Hey visual folks!
Last week I talked about being persistent. This week I want to talk about how to build persistence. To me it came with being consistent. And I developed consistency by building (good) habits.
The immediate next question will be how to develop good habits.
It is by creating some rules and framework. Habits are something that gets ingrained and do not need much of thinking. Hence, we always fall for something which is may not be good in long run but gives instant dopamine. This research of habit formation has source in the book Thinking fast and slow by Daniel Kahneman.
And when you are building new habits, you are undergoing change. Whenever we go through change we are always confronted with shock, denial, and frustration.
One of my earlier article talks about how to handle change by understanding it’s lifecyle
And there is one more article dedicated to some of the life changing habits
