Sketchnotes on leadership, weekly warmup update, and mayisketch.
👋 Hey, I’m Kumar and welcome to my weekly newsletter. Each week I share Sketchnote(s) on product, leadership, personal growth, and anything that helps you get started on Sketchnoting.
Let’s jump in today's issue.

Sketchnote of the week - Likable Leadership
As a leader, it's important to prioritize the growth and success of your team over your own desire to be liked by them. While likability can be a valuable trait in a leader, it should never come at the expense of achieving the best possible outcomes for your team and delivering high-quality work.
In this newsletter, I want to share some insights and strategies for balancing likability with strong leadership. It's possible to be both a respected and effective leader while also maintaining positive relationships with your team members. By focusing on clear communication, setting high expectations, and leading by example, you can create a work environment that fosters growth, collaboration, and success.
So let's dive in and explore the world of likable leadership - and how you can develop your own leadership style to benefit your team's growth and the quality of their work.

Month long Sketchnote challenge - mayisketch
To build the consistency of sketchnoting one sketch a day I started this challenge.
It’s intertwined with different facets of our growth like physical health, mental health, relationships, financial health, and career growth. A prompt is provided every day along the lines of these themes and you’ll have to create a small sketchnote (1/8th the part of A4 sheet). Over one week we’ll have a bigger sketchnote on the theme.
Below are starting instructions
And here are some of the entries so far. We are almost at the end of first week.

That’s all I have for today.
Have a wonderful week ahead Sketchnoting.
