Let's Sketch in - Issue #26
Sketchnotes on product thinking, being clearer thinker and celebrating MayISketch challenge.
👋 Hey, I’m Kumar and welcome to my weekly newsletter. Each week I share Sketchnote(s) on product, leadership, personal growth, and anything that helps you get started on Sketchnoting.
It’s not draft. The earlier was published by mistake.
Product Thinking - combining good instincts with data
Sometime back I did a Sketchnote on Product Thinking mindset. By adopting a product thinking mindset, we become more empathetic towards users, identify their needs, and find innovative solutions.
Empathy is the key here. Combining qualitative research with quantitative will allow to come with features users need and love to use. An eye for delightful experience will do wonders to create a product that’s not only useful but well loved.
Being a Clearer Thinker
The day you become Clear Thinker,
you’ll ACT like an OWNER
MayISketch completion celebrations
Last week we came together in person to celebrate the completion of MayISketch challenge. Jatin, Mohan, any myself got together at a local food joint to had breakfast.
We talked about her interests, weekend activities, and above all our reasons to get started with Sketchnotes. We then shared our physical copies of MayISketch sketchnotes and created a Mega Sketchnote. Realised how doing one block (1/8th of an A4 sheet) a day created this huge sketchnote in a month. That’s the Power of compounding and power of habit.
We also shared ideas on making the community inclusive, enhance whatsapp community onboarding experience, motivating for participation, and the next challenge - Sketchnote a Book (coming soon).
And towards the end we all sketchnoted our meetup. It was fun and we plan to continue to meet in future with larger audience.

All the Sketchnotes done during MayISketch can be found at this link.
That’s all I have for today.
Have a wonderful week ahead Sketchnoting.
