I missed the streak of sending out newsletter this week. It felt bit bad, I am habituated.
Disciplined approach over a period of time led me to this. I am happy for what I felt. That was sign of respect for what I do.
While I am deep in personal trouble, this habit has become more like meals. We can’t skip the meal, whatever trouble we might be in. It’s ingrained in our brain.
So I sketchnoted a quick one.
